For 20 years we ran a restaurant. Walter cooked; Margaret welcomed every guest. And every season we threw out another set of pans — coatings flaked, handles failed. We knew there had to be something better, so we built it ourselves.

When we closed the restaurant, we kept making them. Now they're all we do — and we've outgrown our small warehouse.

That's why this is our moving sale: our entire current stock up to 70% off before we move into the new space. Once it's gone, prices return to normal.

Got the pan with the utensils and board and it's the first time my kitchen actually matches. The metal utensils don't scratch it at all — feels like a one-time buy for life.

We bought a set together as kind of a 'grown-up' upgrade and honestly use it every single day. Pricey up front, but we genuinely don't see ourselves ever buying another pan

I run a kitchen and I'm hard on cookware. Most pans don't survive a season here. These have taken everything and still look new. That says more than any review can.

Bought this thinking it was just a nicer-looking pan. Three weeks in and eggs slide right off with barely any oil. Wish I'd switched years ago

I do a stir-fry almost every night and the heat is so even now — no more burnt spots in the middle. It's heavier than my old one, but that's exactly why it feels built to last

! Warning: Most Pans Are Not As Safe As You Think

Your Current Pan Is Poisoning You

Non-Stick Pans (Teflon, Ceramic, Aluminum)

Non-Stick Pans (Teflon, Ceramic, Aluminum)

Coatings scratch, peel and break down over time, releasing PFAS and PFOA into your food. Unsafe, toxic and constantly in need of replacement.

Cast Iron

Cast Iron

Heavy, rust-prone and absorbs flavors and oils. Loses its non-stick if you do not constantly season and maintain it. High effort for everyday cooking.

Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel

Sticks badly without lots of oil and reacts with acidic foods like tomato or lemon. Can alter flavor, affect nutrients and stains or discolors easily.

Most asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Ashcroft Titanium work on induction cooktops?
+

Yes. Ashcroft Titanium is fully compatible with induction, gas, ceramic, halogen, electric and even an open flame. The pan heats up quickly and evenly on every cooktop, so it works no matter what you cook on.

Hier is 'm in de Ashcroft-stijl:Is Ashcroft Titanium really PFAS-free and coating-free?
+

Absolutely. Ashcroft Titanium is crafted from pure titanium and contains no PFAS, PTFE, PFOA or chemical coatings. The non-stick performance comes from the hammered titanium surface itself — the same surface Margaret refused to approve until it released perfectly — not from a synthetic layer that can peel or flake into your food.

Is the pan heavy?
+

Ashcroft Titanium is lighter than cast iron and easier to handle than most stainless steel pans. It has a balanced weight: sturdy enough to feel premium and stable, yet light enough to lift, flip and pour with one hand.

How do I clean Ashcroft Titanium?
+

Thanks to the hammered titanium surface, food doesn't cling to the pan. Most of the time, warm water, a bit of dish soap and a soft sponge are enough. Stubborn bits? You can safely use steel wool or an abrasive sponge — Ashcroft Titanium won't scratch. It's also dishwasher-safe, though handwashing usually takes just a few seconds.

What if I'm not satisfied with my Ashcroft Titanium pan?
+

You're protected by our 90-Day Risk-Free Trial. Cook with Ashcroft Titanium as often as you like — if it doesn't completely upgrade your cooking experience, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund. No hassle, no interrogation.

Does Ashcroft Titanium come with a warranty?
+

Yes. Every Ashcroft Titanium pan is backed by a Lifetime Warranty on material and structural integrity. It's designed to last for life — the whole reason Walter and Margaret built it — and if there's ever a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.

Can I return the pan if I change my mind?
+

Yes. We offer easy 90-day returns if you change your mind and the pan is still in good condition. If there is any issue related to manufacturing, we’ll replace your pan free of charge under our warranty.

Is Ashcroft Titanium naturally non-stick without a coating?
+

Yes. The non-stick performance comes from the hammered titanium surface itself, not from a synthetic coating. The texture creates tiny air pockets that food doesn't cling to, so with a little oil or butter everything releases cleanly — and because there's no coating, there's nothing to peel, flake or wear off over time.

Is it safe at high temperatures?
+

Yes. Pure titanium is extremely heat-resistant and stays stable up to around 1,000°F (540°C). That means no toxic fumes, no breakdown of coatings and no warping — even during high-heat searing, grilling, oven-roasting or broiling.

What utensils can I use with Ashcroft Titanium?
+

You can safely use metal, wooden and silicone utensils with Ashcroft Titanium. The titanium surface is incredibly durable and won't chip, peel or scratch from normal everyday cooking.
